Job Description

The Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management team is seeking to hire a friendly individual to serve in the role of Production Coordinator who will ensure the efficient delivery of projects and initiatives by managing expectations, activating project deliverables, providing status updates and fielding feedback.
Reporting to the Director of Production Management, the Production Coordinator is a key contributor to the team, routinely working cross departmentally to maintain documentation and timelines, update project management systems, outline and report deadlines and execute department priorities as they relate to creative projects and deliverables.
To succeed in this position, the candidate should be a flexible and adaptable team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented and thrives when working in a fast-paced and constantly changing, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range
$45,000 - $50,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties
- Facilitates the creative and development process for print and digital projects and supporting a cross-functional team of developers, strategists, designers, writers, photographers and videographers.
- Experience developing planning documents that include project schedules, specifications, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion and tracking all phases of the project progress.
- Coordinates project deliverables, working closely with creative professionals in order to meet deadlines
- Assists with keeping an up-to-date calendar of projects in process, running reports from the project management systems
- Builds project schedules, tasks, workflows, timelines and approvals in project management system
- Reports on projects and deadlines on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Monitors project management system, making sure scheduled tasks reflect accurate updates and deadlines in accordance to creative project plans.
- Manages incoming project requests on a daily basis
- Provides administrative support including keeping meeting notes, following up on important action items and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in service orientation, a disciplined work ethic and ability to instill a high standard of excellence to the overall team
- Experience organizing and scheduling projects Experience with work tracking systems (project management software or other industry documentation software)
- Experience and knowledge of creative deliverables, including digital and print.
- Experience running and interpreting reports
- Experience collecting content for proof of performance reports
- Experience tracking and synthesizing multiple lines of communication
- Experience using Google docs and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple projects at once
- Experience working in a higher education or matrixed organization environment
- Experience providing administrative or project support.
Working Environment
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse (70%); required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work (15%).
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds (15%).
- Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
- Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
