Pay Rate: $26.10/hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Represent the company's mission, core values, and safe work practices.
* Follow all safety guidelines and participate as fully-empowered team member. Report unsafe activities or machine conditions to the supervisor. Assist supervisor with providing PPE.
* Must perform all jobs in the department and function and may serve as the subject matter expert for the department.
* Maintain flow of work and ensures adequate materials are stocked to keep associates working.
* Maintain work flow by ensuring repairs / rework process is timely.
* Work with supervisor to develop solutions to resolve any department issues.
* Maintain and clean assigned work area and ensure area is cleared of rework and scrap materials and is kept orderly and clear of unnecessary items.
* May provide training to new associates as needed.
* Work on special projects as assigned by supervisor.
* Other duties as assigned by production supervisor.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (QUALIFICATIONS):
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 2 Years of Manufacturing experience desired
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manual, and to comprehend basic instructions.
* Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, co-workers, and other personnel
* Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and fractions)
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum 8 hours or more per shift
* Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
* Excellent attendance – must be reliable and punctual.
* Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
