With 40+ years in business, CFI Marketing is the leading marketing agency targeting the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. We are looking for a Production Coordinator/Floor Leader to join our high-growth team!
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Reporting
Monitor progress across all projects and provide regular updates on any jobs at risk.
Track milestones and send out alerts if deadlines are at risk of being missed.
Ensure accurate tracking of billable hours to maintain budget integrity.
Resource & Team Coordination
Pull together cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital, sales) to get projects completed on time.
Schedule and facilitate job kick-off calls to transition projects smoothly from sales to production.
Manage contract employees when extra labor is required.
Scheduling & Timeline Management
Work with Account Managers and production teams to create aggressive project schedules aligned with client needs and agency capacity.
Adjust schedules as priorities shift, reallocating resources to high-priority tasks.
Communicate timeline changes promptly to all stakeholders to maintain transparency.
Process Improvement & Implementation
Identify and implement process changes that improve workflow and efficiency.
Provide training and support where staff need additional resources or development opportunities.
Maintain consistent documentation of processes, ensuring ease of onboarding and clarity for all team members.
Create and execute a systematic approach to forecast jobs and projects
Accountability & Communication
Hold Account Managers accountable for running effective, productive teams.
Ensure Account Managers consistently communicate with clients, including post-project, to build repeat business and stronger relationships.
Foster a culture of open communication, regularly addressing bottlenecks or project risks.
Performance Metrics & Analysis
Track and analyze project metrics, comparing actual vs. estimated task durations.
Monitor budget vs. actual spending in real-time to keep costs on track.
Provide throughput reporting on the volume and efficiency of projects completed each month or quarter.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (project management, operations, etc)
Excellent analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and operational metrics
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a proven track record of success
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Ability to problem solve independently and within a team environment
Project management experience with proficiency in PM software (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc)
Print production experience a plus
Teamwork software experience a plus
