Production Coordinator from Kane Partners LLC

We are looking for a Production Coordinator experienced with food production to oversee schedules, orders, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Inspect quality and consistency of finished product and alert Operations and Quality Control teams of any concerns

· Identify client needs and communicate operational progress

· Key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes

· Responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day production efforts to ensure safe production and distribution of consistently high-quality products

· Ensure site compliance with GMP's and guides staff to maintain a food-safe operation

· Oversee food production, quality control, ordering, receiving, and adhering to budgetary goals

· Track and control inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources

· Efficient working knowledge of Food Plant Quality, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

· Guide, Direct and Motivate staff around performance management and labor planning

· Conduct semi-annual checks on products to ensure standards are met
