Production Control Specialist at Activ8

An automotive parts manufacturer on the east side of Indianapolis is looking for a Production Control Specialist.  This role will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and documenting production data to support manufacturing operations.  The ideal candidate will have related experience within an industrial environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, document, and analyze production data
• Generate production reports based on the compiled data
• Develop production schedules by reviewing and analyzing the compiled data to optimize workflow and meet production goals
• Organize and maintain records of production-related documents
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must have a 4-year degree OR equivalent experience 
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with large sets of production data
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and scheduling 
• Knowledge of production processes and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
