With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. **Pay Rate:** Starts at $19.80 - $20.90 depending on experience **Work schedule:** Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am For the 1 st 60 days you will work an 8-hour schedule Mon-Fri, and then move to a 10-hour schedule plus overtime. **Why you should apply to be a Production Associate:** - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge aerospace technology - Join a premier aerospace manufacturer **What's a typical day as a Production Associate? You'll be:** + Removing bagging materials and plaster from composite parts. + Using an impact hammer and other hand tools, removing plaster from inside of composite parts. + Performing surface preparation, sanding, and may use acetone or alcohol to remove stuck particles. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:** + High school diploma + Previous manufacturing or production experience + Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools. + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. + Excellent interpersonal skills. **Working Conditions:** + PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment. + Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled. + Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels. + Exposure to hazardous equipment. + Exposure to contaminants. + Shared workspaces with other employees. + Requires handing objects of up to 50 lbs. + Lifting pushing, pulling, and bending. + Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime) What happens next: Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
