Key Responsibilities
- Install custom components on fully assembled marine/boat engines according to specifications.
- Operate power industrial devices such as forklifts and other related equipment as required.
- Follow guidance from senior technicians during the initial training period to ensure precision and quality in installations.
- Identify and report any major injury hazards or environmental risks immediately.
- Adhere to all HSE standards, policies, and procedures while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Correct hazards within your control and proactively look out for team safety.
- Participate in ongoing HSE training to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all applicable standard work processes, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any quality concerns to minimize costs and risks.
- Actively support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring proper use of company resources.
- Participate in personal and professional development activities, including training programs.
- Contribute to ideas and initiatives that improve quality, safety, workflow, and team development.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in marine/boat engines, car engines, or similar mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate power industrial equipment, including forklifts.
- Willingness to take direction from senior technicians and work collaboratively in a team environment.
