• Location: Greenville, WI
• Pay: $20/hr (1st shift) | $21/hr (2nd shift)
• Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Workdays: Monday – Thursday (May have overtime on Fridays)

What You’ll Do as a Production Associate:

• Operate Machinery – Set up, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
• Ensure Quality – Perform routine checks to maintain high product standards.
• Material Handling – Load/unload materials and operate forklifts or other equipment.
• Maintain Safety – Follow safety procedures and report any concerns.
• Troubleshoot Issues – Address minor mechanical problems and escalate larger concerns.
• Keep Records – Document production data and quality checks.
• Collaborate – Work as a team to keep production running smoothly.
• Keep it Clean – Maintain an organized workspace and perform routine equipment upkeep.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and work on your feet.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
