Production Associate (Entry Level) - Medina, Ohio - JOB 24-00398
Hourly Rate: $14/HR (Possible increase after 90-day review) Permanent Position with Benefits.
1st Shift – 6am-2pm
3rd Shift – 10pm – 6am
Fast growing Medina, Ohio company is seeking to hire Entry Level Production Associates for both 1st & 3rd Shift Operations. Individuals with little-to-no manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply, on-the-job training is provided.
Requirements:
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.

- High School Diploma or GED ideal.
- Must be able to read and interpret work instructions.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be a good team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Customer service driven to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Must have good reading skills.
- Must have a good work ethic.
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Past working experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Experience with Tow Motors a plus but not required.
