Production Artist3 month contract
Addison, TXJob Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality graphics and visual content for marketing materials across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand design needs and project requirements.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of design files for print and digital production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Review and edit design drafts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance visual content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and graphic design techniques to continually improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experience with print and digital media.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a graphic design or production artist role.
• Experience working within the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of production processes for print and digital media.
