Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Production Artist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Addison, TX.

Work Location: Addison, TX
Duration: 3 month contract
Education/Experience Required: Minimum associate degree in graphics, advertising art or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• This person will be assisting the Packaging Production team
• Works with an Art Director in a graphic designer/production artist role to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
• Ensures that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications.
• Manages project from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before being released.
• Assembles assets into presentation documents and toolkits, handling toolkit delivery into digital asset management system (DAM).
• Also performs production tasks on product packaging jobs.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum associate degree in graphics, advertising art or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with print, social, and digital artwork as evidenced in a portfolio of completed work.
• Experience in using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus, not mandatory
• Must be organized and detail-oriented and able to juggle a variety of jobs at once while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities.
• Requires exceptional communications skills.
• Must be competent in working in a Macintosh environment and be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
