Production Administrative Assistant at Nagler Group

Our Manchester NH based client is looking to bring on a full time Administrative Assistant for their production team:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Must be able to support with ad-hoc projects for the executive and the department
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, databases, and OneDrive documents
• Prepares, organized and tracks production records and reports
• Assists in updating production procedures
• Maintaining and organizing digital files in Shared Drive for department to access
• Must attend weekly meetings and follow-up with notes and action items
• Design presentations and prepare agendas, talking points, and briefing documents to support the department
• Responsible for performing research and managing tasks as needed to support work assigned
• Organizes technical requirements for in-person and virtual meetings
• Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as required
• Supports Manufacturing Operations management staff.
• Creates and maintains production, key performance, and labor tracking reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Production setting would be helpful but not required
• Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
• A positive attitude and good communication skills, with attention to detail - a must!
• At Least 3 Years of Experience in Microsoft, including Advanced Excel and Word
