Print Room Support Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $17.50
1st Shift: 7-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Qualifications (relevant experience, education and training):
1. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and two years related product support experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities.
2. Must be proficient in computer terminal operations and possess basic knowledge of MS Office.
3. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers about work product and processes and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to read and understand written instructions, procedures, forms and specifications. Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
4. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Typical Mental and Physical Demands:
The person in this position needs to frequently move about inside the plant to prepare parts for shipment, storage, fill orders, count inventory, and move materials. The team member frequently operates computers and office productivity machinery; occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to retrieve or store parts or materials; and frequently moves materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequently is exposed to noise, dust, gas and fumes and works near hazardous equipment or machinery.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Problem solving marking issues when operators need assistance. This may include serial numbers or correcting issues in the marking files.
- Order office supplies for manufacturing and keep the cabinet filled and organized.
- Order pallets of paper when we are running low. This includes 8 ½ X 11, 11 X 17, and Blue and Gold carbonless paper for Sales Orders.
- Order Iron Mountain supplies bi-weekly for operations. (boxes and labels).
- Make copies of Bill of Lading and attach to the Sales Order.
- Draining printers when needed.
- Remedial Admin duties for Manufacturing when asked. (Name labels, laminating, 5s labels, and other tasks they may need help with.)
- Retrieve and sort the routers from the print room printer.
- Review page one of the WIP for FAI Review.
- Confirm all Solumina Routers are opening and working correctly in the application.
- Review the part number in the Marking database.
- Assign Serial Numbers to jobs that require them.
- Save marking information to jobs requiring Telesis Marking. Sign off operation in Solumina if applicable.
- Print Stratoflex and customer drawings, ATPs, Marking data from the database, and any other customer-required documents from Enovia.
- Assemble WIP packets for Assembly.
