Shift Details: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
DESCRIPTION:
Product Support Coordinator will report directly the Repair Station manager and indirectly the Logistics Team Leader.
Position will support Repair Station and Aftermarket stockroom.
Repair Station responsibilities: (50%)
Scheduling
Induction
Expediting
Reporting or WIP tracking
Various other duties
Aftermarket stockroom responsibilities: (50%)
Daily Cycle count and reporting
Aftermarket Part Transfers
Picking Jobs or Put-aways
General stockroom support
Vacation or Sick Coverage for Stockroom
Requirements:
Three years related product support experience or demonstrated ability perform described position responsibilities.
Proficient knowledge of computer terminal operations.
May be required lift up t50 pounds.
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability works effectively with others and be a participative team player. (Determined, motivated, and efficient)
Perseverance in the face of adversity or can do attitude
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking and the ability work independently
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook etc.)
High attention detail and accuracy
Ability multi-task and triage competing priorities
Education Required:
High School or equivalent
