Commercial Distribution, a division of AAR, provides aftermarket services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the areas of third-party logistics, distribution, and inventory management.
SUMMARY: The Product Strategy Analyst will support the Vice President & General Manager in business development and cross-functional data projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Review business development opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership on future actions.
+ Perform analysis of new opportunities to assess historical sales data and develop a future sale forecast.
+ Build financial models and present to senior leadership.
+ Manage cross-functional projects.
+ Implement and train extended team on new data tools.
+ Manage the implementation and support of the forecasting tool (PTC).
+ Design BI dashboards in Domo to present current business metrics and KPIs to senior leadership, product line teams, and OEM partners.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 3 years’ experience in product management, or business analytics required.
+ Prior experience in the aviation industry a plus but not required.
