Shift Into Your New Role as a Product Specialist:

Fairfield VW is looking for an energetic customer service focused individual to fill the newly created position of Product Specialist, (PS). The PS will work with our Sales Team to help our customers. Duties include greeting customers, registering visitors in our CRM, locating cars for test drives, giving product presentations and facilitating customer test drives. From time to time you may be asked to present sales figures to the customer. After the vehicle is sold, the PS will also give a thorough post-delivery presentation to demonstrate all of the features, including electronics, in their newly purchased vehicle. This individual must be comfortable using a computer for data entry as well as uploading information into our computer system. Applicants must be detail-oriented and efficient in order to prepare the necessary paperwork for the timely completion of a customer purchase. The PS will also help to keep the inventory display orderly and marketable.

This is a great career path to learn how the Sales Department works on a daily basis with the potential of becoming a successful salesperson in our dealership. Organizational skills, a neat and clean appearance, and an outgoing personality are a must for this position.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• (1) Yr. of current / recent customer service including waiting on customers, administrative, or marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment and /or hospitality.
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week as assigned
• Tech Savvy
• High school graduate; college or vocational training a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Valid driver’s license
