What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by educating customers about our premium waxing products.
• Build strong relationships with clients, helping them find the best solutions for their business.
• Meet and exceed KPIs like outbound calls, average order value, and weekly revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high-functioning, fast learner who takes initiative.
• Waxing or esthetics experience is highly preferred—relating to our customers is key.
• Experience with Shopify and HubSpot is a HUGE PLUS.
• Someone with a passion for personal growth and professional development.
• Sales-focused with a love for educating others.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $40,000/year.
• Commission-based role with a sales floor, so your hard work truly pays off!
