About the Job
Provide appropriate administrative support to the Products Division and Director of the department.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Access Web orders daily and print picking tickets for processing orders.
- Upload pictures, updated pricing information, etc. onto the website.
- Be proficient in NetSuite. Ability to process payments, receive inventory, enter new customers, etc.
- Prepare invoices for payment.
- Process bill of ladings daily.
- Assist with answering phones, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist customers at the front desk.
- Assist warehouse manager with A/R accounts.
- Provide inside sales assistance.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- General administrative duties: word processing, excel, correspondence, filing, mail, etc.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years administrative support experience
MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS
- Detail oriented
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- High level of organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer Literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- General knowledge of accounting systems
- Knowledge of accounts payable and cash management processes
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of dependability and integrity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Tire sales knowledge.
- Agriculture farm products sales knowledge.
