Job Summary:
The Products Sales Coordinator assists with sales activities within a designated sales territory. Reports to the General Manager works closely with the Regional Sales Manager.

Essential Functions:
-Solicit and secure new client appointments by making outbound calls targeting prospects utilizing the sales consultants’ CRM database.
-Make outbound calls or respond to inbound calls in securing new and existing Direct Sales.
-Install, repair, and maintain a variety of Alsco dispensers at customer locations.
-Follow company Sales policies and procedures, includes price/product guidelines and new installation/shipping procedures.
-Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service.
-Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively resolve customer concerns and work with other departments as needed.
-Monitor and report competitive activity.
Additional Functions:
-May work with and support other sales personnel or perform other functions as required.
Qualifications:
-Demonstrate excellence in outbound prospecting telephone skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
-Team player with good time management skills.
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
-Recognize colors, sizes and types of products. Count, add and subtract accurately.
-Present a professional image.
-Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
Typical Environmental Conditions:
-Operating vehicles on public roads to customer locations, other laundry facilities or depots.
-Typical indoor office environment.
Travel Requirements:
-Routinely driving by vehicle within a designated sales territory.
-Attend and work trade shows and marketing events as required.
Education:
-High School graduation or similar experience
Typical Physical Activity:
-Physical Demands consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping,
moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
-Physical requirements consist of being able to perform the physical demands during shift.
