JOB TITLE: Product & Risk Disclosure Analyst
JOB LOCATION: 4 days onsite Boston, MA
WAGE RANGE*: 48- 54/hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Project management-type skills. the majority of the work is "project-like”, i.e., creating and managing work according to a timeline, working with colleagues outside of the team to make sure they complete their work on time; extremely organized.
o Follow-up & documentation skills are key: making sure all questions, comments, open items are resolved, all procedures and tasks are completed and documented, attention to detail.
o Superior time management, self-motivated and able to function as an individual contributor AND the ability to support other teammates during times of high-volume.
Nice to have:
o Prior financial industry experience especially in Common Investment Trusts and Collective Investment Trusts, ETFs and Mutual Funds.
o Document reviews, any experience in managing 40 Act Fund registration statement (prospectus & statement of additional information) o Deadline driven work; all of our work is driven by a hard deadline, most of those deadlines are regulatory deadlines with no wiggle room.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the review and annual update of governing documents for SSGA's Common Trust and Collective Investment Trusts ( "CTF” and "CIT”, respectively). This entails review and procedure prep, working cross-functionally with Portfolio Manager and Legal Teams, and updating and producing the governing documents for 2025.
• Act as point to manage process for new strategy document establishment and creation by:
o Working with Product to understand new strategy requirements;
o Collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Legal to draft and approve content for the new strategy;
o Create final document for the new strategy once all language is approved.
• Perform tasks related to the foreign registration of US ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Private Funds.
• Review, prepare and submit regulatory reporting and/or filings to/with foreign regulators;
• Assist with requirement obligations for new foreign registrations;
• Prepare internal and external board reporting.
• Adhere to governance processes to make sure:
• All strategy documents (new or updated via annual review) are reviewed and documented according to procedure, etc.;
• Foreign Registration regulatory process are followed.
• Obtaining and record-keeping all required internal approvals and sign-offs.
• Assist with 40 Act Fund annual N-1A Registration Statement annual review and update.
