We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product/Project Manager with in-depth expertise in ServiceNow to lead and manage end-to-end projects within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product/Project Manager with in-depth expertise in ServiceNow to lead and manage end-to-end projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Product Ownership: Act as the primary owner of ServiceNow modules, driving enhancements, updates, and configurations based on business needs and user feedback.
- Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues related to ServiceNow project delivery.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, roadmaps, and user guides for ServiceNow applications.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager with a focus on ServiceNow implementations and management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
- Hands-on experience in defining and managing workflows, integrations, and configurations within ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working with ServiceNow partners or vendors is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) used within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in process automation and service delivery improvement using ServiceNow.
- PMP or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
