Summary:

As a Product Program Manager (PPgM), you will be responsible for driving large scale cross-functional product initiatives, including defining the operational strategy and leading the execution across multiple teams and organizations at Meta.The team drives operating strategy and execution in product areas including, but not limited to platform growth, cross-meta experiences, social issues, and internal platform solutions. You will be partnering with virtual or in-person teams and may manage multiple projects pending the bandwidth required.We are looking for experienced professionals who can partner with cross functional teams in complex, multi-platform development efforts at consumer scale while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.

Product Program Manager (PPgM), Cross-Meta Programs Responsibilities:

1. Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions.

2. Manage/influence from the front, prioritize, and drive the bigger mission forward by helping product teams translate vision into results.

3. Build project teams with 'customer focus’ and effective communication with a bias for decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a “no barriers” mentality.

4. Contribute to developing the product program management function.

5. 7+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, with 4+ years of XFN management or virtual team management.

6. Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams.

7. Communication skills in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior management. Experience communicating change management to XFNs and stakeholders.

8. Track record of embracing ambiguity, driving a team to perform at their best, being detail-oriented, and delivering information in a highly organized manner.

9. Experience in pivoting quickly and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities.

Public Compensation:

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
