Technical Product Owner- ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities:
- The ServiceNow Technical Product Owner (TPO) is a pivotal role responsible for steering the strategic direction of ServiceNow products within our organization.
- The TPO will work closely with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational goals and delivers value.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product management acumen, and a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or relevant product management certification is a plus.
- Minimum three or more years of experience in ServiceNow, including a solid understanding of the platform’s capabilities and features.
- Experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or IT service management environment.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile product management certification is a plus.
Location: Sacramento, CA ( Onsite, Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $115,000-130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
