*** REMOTE WORK

Product Owner :

- Lead daily scrum calls
- Interact with product owners to address questions and resolve issues arising from other scrum calls
- Manage day-to-day operations, tracking various products and tools in the development pipeline
- Understand and communicate requirements effectively
- Schedule project needs and resources
- Act as a project manager for a team of 3 visual designers and 1 content designer, facilitating their interactions with different parts of the products
- Bridge the gap between design completion and development, overseeing conversations and processes in between
- Take responsibility for all aspects of security and authentication for retail customers using online banking on the mobile app
- Drive projects forward through self-motivation and willingness to engage in challenging conversations

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Advanced experience with Jira and proficiency in Confluence
- Extensive knowledge of agile software development processes
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools, particularly InVision and Freehand
- Strong understanding of the development process for pushing features to customers
- Experience in project management, particularly in bridging design and development teams
- Familiarity with security and authentication principles in digital and online banking
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate cross-team interactions
- Self-driven work ethic and capability to handle tough conversations to move projects forward
- Experience in scheduling and resource management for software development projects
