Job Description :
- Facilitate user story workshops for scoping projects to develop and maintain the product backlog.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments.
- Develop project plans including relevant artifacts for the program management processes Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsors.
- Manage risks, issues and impediments and escalate in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Work collaboratively with our software developers to ensure product is meeting the business requirements Work with the development teams to triage defects and identified changes are migrated into production correctly.
- Facilitate 1st tier support for our applications in working with our software development team.
- Understand project estimates and manage the project budget once approved.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive or aftermarket/manufacturing environment.
- Product/Project management skills.
