- 7+ years as product owner, design or architect
- 5+ years of hands-on experience taking a product idea from concept through engineering
- Must have experience within the investment services industry (e.g. Blackrock, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, etc.)
- Must have experience with custom, proprietary solution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid business acumen to ensure proposed solutions are financially viable
