Product Owner at TEKsystems

Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team as their customers are specialty Urology clinics that specifically use IntrinsiQ's UroChart Electronic Medical Record System

This role will be focused on supporting the rest of the product team, working in collaboration with Product Managers and other Product Owners to help with the modernization of UroChart. This is a two year modernization effort and they expect to need this Product Owner for most if not all of that period.

Key responsibilities include:

○ Running daily standups

○ Write user stories based on feedback from Product Manager

○ Work with developers to flush out user stories

Other notes:

-Resource needs to be able to stand their ground with developers

-Ideally would be comfortable with Azure DevOps (not a must )

- Experience with healthcare technology (EMRs) would be ideal

- Ideally Would want them to be fairly disciplined and have experience building out structured user stories (ex using a formalized outline or something similar)

- Hours - East Coast or Central if possible

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Assist product team with feature intake, documentation, and scoring as feedback comes in from internal stakeholders as well as external customers

- Conduct acceptance testing and regression testing to ensure production release readiness

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, end-users, and internal teams, to understand their needs and gather requirements

- Assist in defining and prioritizing product features or user stories based on customer value and business goals

- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and refined

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to ensure successful delivery of product increments

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Create and distribute internal communications regarding product release readiness, release timelines, and production deployments

- Manage various aspects of internal solution setup and configuration to support the customer-facing teams

- Coordinate production support issue resolution and status updates between product development teams, support, and customer success

- Performs related duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
