*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ


Product Owner :

- Manage, organize, and scale strong authentication solutions
- Lead onboarding, integration, management, and strategy for Yubikey and other similar authentication solutions
- Expand Yubikey implementation across retail, commercial, and other sectors
- Direct work of agile crew and define requirements
- Take responsibility for authentication solution lifecycle management
- Develop and execute strategy for strong authentication across various business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align authentication solutions with business needs
- Continuously evaluate and improve authentication processes and technologies

 

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Extensive experience in access management controls, authentication, and identity management, preferably in the banking/finance industry
- Proven track record as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager, with relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
- In-depth knowledge of authentication technologies, including FIDO2 Compliance Authenticators and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Hands-on experience with Yubikeys and other strong authentication solutions
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies
- Experience with PingAccess (product developed by Ping Identity) and Transmit Security Platform (by Transmit Security)
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (BIRT) and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective business presentations
- Relevant certifications such as CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) are highly desirable
- At least 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within the technology or financial services sector
