About the Job
PrudentRx seeks a calculated risk taker who possess a natural vision to drive the big picture of change and growth as the Products Operations Manager for our rapidly growing organization. The Product Operations Manager is a person with strong communication skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and have a comprehensive understanding of the products and services they are accountable to own and support. You will play an integral role in improving existing product performance while tending to the details of analyzing data allowing for informed decisions concerning product improvements. You will work directly with the Product Manager and leverage stockholders feedback to assist in the delivery of our products and services.

Position Details
- United States- Remote/Telecommute
- 8:00am-5:00pm Est./Cst.
- Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.
Responsibilities
- Support external requests, communicate solutions, track progress, establish timelines, and provide updates to business to ensure alignment with partner expectations.
- Document the processes and procedures necessary for the successful execution of external requests.
- Work with IT operations on root cause analysis and resolution of product-related issues.
- Monitor and review production products to ensure newly implemented features are working as expected.
- Manage open bugs, work with IT to identify solutions, work with Product Manage to prioritize in backlog, and communicate estimated timeline for resolution to relevant stakeholders.
- Document Product Roadmap in collaboration with Product Manager
- Document product features and business workflows for existing products.
- Make product improvements based on insights derived from user interviews, feedback, product reviews, testing, and experimentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify areas for product improvement.
- Manage requests from departments needing product support and training.
- Oversee quality assurance checks of newly released product features.
- Maintain product documentation and create processes to streamline product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate new products and services with existing products.
- Utilize project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Engage team members at all levels and across departments to provide timely and accurate product updates.
- Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Required
- 1 Year of Project Management
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of products managed.
- Experience working in the copay industry and with claims processing.
- Ability to review analytical data and glean reportable insights.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
