What you"ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the development of engaging content aligned with our key segments for product storytelling, positioning and maintenance.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across our product portfolio and both internal and market-facing content.
- Build deep relationships across the marketing org along with key stakeholders including Sales, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure alignment and utilization of our product marketing initiatives.
- Drive producer adoption and engagement via targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead product marketing initiatives by creating and executing product marketing timelines to align with product launches, product updates, and key initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to teammates within marketing and be a resource across the organization.
- Collaborate and provide insight into the product marketing process, incorporating market research, customer experience, trends, and propositions into the process.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Compliance teams to align strategies and maximize product impact.
Qualifications
- Related bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in the annuity product marketing
- Familiarity with annuity product positioning and marketing best practices
- Experience with new product and product enhancement initiatives
- Self-motivated work ethic with focus on results
- Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration across organizational partners to align and accomplish a set of shared goals
- Ability to consume multiple sources of feedback and synthesize this into recommendations for product value propositions
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify the complex
