You'll create impactful content to enhance market visibility and generate demand, while using data and KPIs to assess and refine performance. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Management and Business Development to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring clear audience personas and product positioning. This position involves collaboration across global, cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Sales, and external vendors, with frequent interaction with customers.

What You Will Do
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll develop messaging and marketing plans to boost awareness and drive growth for our product portfolio. You'll create impactful content to enhance market visibility and generate demand, while using data and KPIs to assess and refine performance. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Management and Business Development to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring clear audience personas and product positioning. This position involves collaboration across global, cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Sales, and external vendors, with frequent interaction with customers.
- GTM Messaging and Content: Develop strategic plans and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Develop compelling messaging for assigned product lines by analyzing customer feedback and competitor insights. Lead tradename development as needed.
- New Product Launches: Act as the marketing SME, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to shape launch content. Create promotional materials, including webinars, presentations, videos, blogs, and sales training resources.
- Digital Content: Oversee all digital content for assigned products, including landing pages. Optimize SEO to improve online presence.
- Use Case Development: Develop and maintain use cases and case studies that reflect customer needs and market trends. Ensure content is updated and used effectively in presentations and sales training.
- Education and Joint Partner Marketing: Collaborate with external partners and industry alliances to create joint marketing materials. Work with Brand Marketing to ensure brand consistency and lead initiatives to educate target audiences on product benefits.
- Tradeshows and Graphics: Manage trade show activities from planning to execution. Develop graphics for trade shows and product displays, and coordinate schedules with Product Management and Business Development.
- Bachelors Degree in a technical or business field required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Preferred Degree: MBA or working towards MBA.
- Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience with at least 6 years of total product marketing experience in enterprise and at least 3 years of product marketing or product management experience in network infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success working as part of a cross-functional team to launch new products across global markets that have met set revenue goals.
- Experience marketing products within a solution set or product portfolio.
- Exceptional strategic messaging, copywriting, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to develop compelling presentations with experience presenting in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Ability to distill technical concepts and information into go-to-market ready messaging.
- Familiarity with Canva, Marketo, Loom, and Tableau a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management, CRM systems, and similar tools a plus.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization strategies and tools a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe illustrator and/or similar software a plus.
- Preferred marketing experience in related industry: power, safety, IT.
