Product Marketing Manager (Partnerships)

Location: California (remote)

Pay Rate: $80-100/hour

3-month assignment (potential to extend)

Our leading ride share client is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager, responsible for driving marketing initiatives across their expanding partner portfolio. You'll craft strategic partnerships, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies in collaboration with Strategic Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams
• Advocate for partner audiences while representing Lyft's rider community
• Collaborate across teams to drive partner awareness, adoption, and launches
• Experiment and iterate rapidly to optimize conversion and usage
• Cultivate relationships with partner marketers and teams
• Identify new partners and products based on user research and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in product or partnerships marketing
• Proficiency in leveraging consumer insights to enhance customer experience
• Full-funnel marketing experience, from awareness to retention
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
