We are searching for a motivated & experienced Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing is responsible for developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities. Product Marketing is strategic marketing at the product. Product marketing managers are responsible for leading the go-to-market for that product.

• Productmarketingmanagerisresponsiblefordevelopingtheinternaltrainingpresentationsfor sales
• RegisterproductinJDE
• EuropastryingredientsandnutritionupdatesonEuropastry website,labellibrary.
• Manageintegrationofnewacquisitionpartnerproducts.
• Createcontentforwebsitenewssection
• Createcontentforwebsitenewitemsandsalescollateral
• SupportQAdepartmenttoassuretimely,accuratenutritionandingredientdata,including updates, on Europastry items for website, sales and marketing collateral
• Communicatewith QA, R&D Spainregardingproductdataneedsfornewimportitems
• CommunicatewithmarketingteamSpainregardinginformationornecessities.
• Managenewpackagingspecificationdetailsoraspectsfornewequipment.
• Managecustompackagingprojectsasliaisonbetweensales,customer,QA,R&Dand Purchasing
• Initiatenewpackagingprojectswithsuppliersforselectprojects,manageaspectsofexisting packaging design

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.  Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations and all lock-out/tag-out requirements according to OSHA requirements.

Education:

• 5yearsofTradeandMarketingExperience.FoodIndustryamust,bakeryaplus. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

LANGUAGESKILLS:

•  Abilitytoread,analyze,andinterpretgeneralbusinessperiodicals,professionaljournals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Abilitytowritereports,businesscorrespondence,andproceduremanuals.
• Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromgroupsofmanagers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Mustbeabletoeffectivelycommunicatewithindividualspossessingvariousdegreesoftechnical expertise.
• Bilingualamust(Spanish–English)
