As we continue to expand and innovate, Xactly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help elevate our enterprise platform and develop new market opportunities that will continue to differentiate Xactly in the competitive Sales Performance Management space.
Position Overview
The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise Platform plays a crucial role in the evolution of Xactly's growth and will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies for Xactly's enterprise offerings. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset for identifying new opportunities to develop applications and cultivate unique solutions that demonstrate the power of the Xactly platform. This includes driving cross-functional initiatives to promote the value of these new, innovative solutions, how they solve customer challenges, and increase Xactly’s competitive differentiation. This person will also amplify solution offerings enabled by platform capabilities, shaping resonant messaging, enabling sales, customer success, solutions consulting, and partner teams while maintaining alignment with executive leadership on these initiatives.
Achieving these goals will require collaboration with product, go-to-market, professional services, and Xactly partner teams to ensure the platform's unique value is well-understood and communicated across all touchpoints in the customer journey. A critical function of this role will be driving partner co-development initiatives and ensuring that Xactly solutions are well-positioned to solve real customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Identification: Identify new, unique platform solutions that spawn new go-to-market opportunities, accelerate differentiation in existing solutions, and foster stronger co-innovation partnerships with the Xactly partner ecosystem.
Customer & Partner Co-Development: Partner closely with customers and product teams to identify new opportunities for co-development enabled by Xactly’s platform, aligning product enhancements with market needs and driving customer satisfaction.
Channel Strategy Development: Identify and execute new go-to-market strategies for Xactly’s unique platform-enabled solutions with Xactly partner ecosystems.
Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement materials (presentations, competitive briefs, product collateral, demo scripts) to arm the sales, solutions consulting, and customer success teams with the tools they need to communicate Xactly’s platform value to customers effectively.
Content Creation & Strategy: Own the content strategy for enterprise platform solutions, including the development of messaging, product positioning, case studies, white-papers, and blogs that reflect Xactly’s market leadership.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the GTM strategy for enterprise platform offerings, identifying opportunities to penetrate new markets, define core personas, and differentiate against competitors. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop cohesive plans for customer adoption and growth.
Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with Xactly’s Global System Integrators (GSI) and technology partners to create and manage joint value propositions, drive co-marketing initiatives, and ensure the successful integration of Xactly’s solutions into partner offerings.
Persona & Market Research: Conduct detailed persona research to define user needs, pain points, and buying behaviors. Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to inform product strategy and positioning.
Demo & Product Expertise: Collaborate with product and sales teams to guide the creation of product demos that highlight the platform’s differentiated features. Stay deeply informed about product developments to effectively communicate them across marketing channels.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience serving in multiple functions across product marketing, product management, customer success, solutions consulting, or management consulting roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role that required familiarity in one or more of the following: enterprise architectures, scalability solutions, ETL/ELT, SQL, APIs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software or platform solutions, and working with customers, professional services, and global system integrators (GSIs) to execute on these strategies.
- Experience in content strategy development, crafting messaging that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Experience creating and delivering sales enablement materials, including presentations, customer testimonials, and demos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
- Experience creating and delivering compelling marketing materials, including market-facing presentations, case studies, solution brochures, and video or webinar content.
- Strong experience working with partner ecosystems and analyst communities to craft strategies that leverage co-development and integration opportunities.
- Deep understanding of enterprise personas, user journeys, and sales cycles, with the ability to align messaging to customer pain points.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is USD 130,000 to 160,000 base salary plus applicable bonus.
