Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our consumer-focused products, helping to build awareness, drive product adoption, and increase customer retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, strong experience in product marketing for consumer products, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Positioning
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop clear, compelling positioning for new and existing products.
- Define key consumer segments and their needs, identifying the most effective ways to reach and engage them.
- Lead the creation of product messaging, including value propositions, product benefits, and customer use cases.
- Go-To-Market Planning
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product launch timelines, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools.
- Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid media, content, etc.) to support product growth and customer engagement.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Customer Insights & Feedback
- Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and analytics to understand consumer pain points, motivations, and behaviors.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to stay ahead of market demands.
- Regularly interact with customers to gather qualitative insights and ensure that marketing initiatives align with their needs and preferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Design, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure consistency in messaging, brand positioning, and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption, retention, and customer advocacy.
- Support the sales team with product collateral, competitive intelligence, and training.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies and campaign execution.
- Experience working in real estate, financial services, or a similar industry is a
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing channels (email, social media, SEM, content marketing, etc.).
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams.
- Creative and innovative thinker who can come up with fresh ideas to drive product growth.
- A strong understanding of how to build and maintain customer relationships, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Schedule
- Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (Monday - Wednesday)
Salary
- The salary range for this job position is $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience
- There is potential for a 10% yearly bonus based on company performance
