Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of insurance products and the knack for crafting effective communication strategies to engage target markets? We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Carrier market segment.
In this role, you'll take the lead in developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans tailored specifically for the Carrier market. Collaborating closely with the Industry Director, Marketing, and Sales teams, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by aligning market strategies with customer needs and business objectives.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, both in-person and digital, to meet business goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
Crafting compelling content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Serving as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and technology leaders to ensure alignment of Carrier market strategies.
In six months, you'll have:
Established and executed impactful marketing campaigns to achieve quarterly goals.
Collaborated effectively with internal teams to refine and enhance marketing assets.
Demonstrated a high-level understanding of market complexities and presented solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience within the US insurance industry, particularly with Carriers.
Strong writing skills, with at least 3 years of experience in content creation preferred.
A passion for digital-first marketing approaches and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
