The Emerging Markets Department of Dental/Orthodontic:
The Product Management team in the Dental/Orthodontic Emerging Markets department is focused on connecting product strategy with business results. Our product managers collaborate closely with brand General Managers, customers, engineers, sales, marketing, and customer success. We drive product initiatives from initial inception through outcome definition, story mapping, delivery, market adoption and success tracking. Our team is driven by creative, curious, and inventive people who have a passion for delivering engaging practice and patient experiences.

Our Product Manager Dental/Orthodontic has the following areas of accountability.
- Business and product Outcome Alignment – work closely with brand general managers and functional teams to define and deliver on product outcomes that create traction and align on business outcomes and results.
- Collaborate across teams with a passion for continuous feedback from sales, support, customers and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment. A collaborative attitude and inclusive process are essential.
- Obsess over user experiences and outcomes – work with team to design and develop delightful and thoughtful user flows.
- Conduct on-site customer visits to ensure we are capturing the voice of the customer in major product initiatives.

Areas of Accountability:
The Product Manager Dental/Orthodontic has responsibility for the following outcomes:
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities for revenue growth; drive integration requirements, launch integrated applications and manage integrations to drive ongoing success.
- Agile Development: Act as a key liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.
- Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to lead and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximize value and deliver incremental improvements.
- Break down complex features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation.
- Work with both onshore and offshore technology team to deliver a world-class product.
- Drive market readiness planning and execution across all functions of our business.
- Define and measure success for all product features – recommending actions as needed if there are achievement gaps.

Competencies for Success:
- 3+ years of software product management experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development environment, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
- Experience working with API and integrated strategic partners.
- A data-driven approach to making decisions,but know how to rely on your intuition when your data set is incomplete.
- Experience defining experiments and measurements to help build confidence around product initiatives.
- Experience in EHR/EMR or Practice Management or Medical Billing space preferred. Dental & Ortho technology product management a plus.
- Experience using these tools is also a plus: Jira, Microsoft Office, Figma, Scribe
- Leadership - proven ability to set a vision, excite and lead a cross-functional team.
- Crisp and clear communication style across all mediums and with both business and technology stakeholder groups that is well organized
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and representing product strategy
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
