The work:
Product Managerwill be responsible for enterprise product management including product roadmap & strategic vision, business needs/requirements, product delivery life cycle, & product implementation. As the Product Manager, you will:
- Develop/maintain product roadmap for enterprise features that aligns with overall strategic goals/priorities.
- Collaborate with program leadership & technical leads to maintain integration, inputs to the program roadmap.
- Support clients & program with the elicitation, prioritization of functional/technical product requirements.
- Perform impact analysis of program progress & external requests/changes to requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary agile teams to support the product's delivery life cycle (design, development, test, training, communications, data migration, and launch).
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 4 years' experience leading large cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with creating detailed business rule requirements.
- Must have experience gathering business requirements for web applications.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $88,600—$178,600 USD
