Working to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories). You will be our customers' best advocate, driving ideation and articulating/quantifying the value for our customers. You will balance long term think-big vision with high-velocity short-term execution. You will work on highly ambiguous problems with stakeholders across Amazon and will be helping to drive alignment and buy-in for our vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business judgement, bias for action and the desire to continuously invent and simplify. This person has forecasting and supply chain experience and should be able to drive long-term objectives for the business. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You will make hard product prioritization and tradeoff decisions, always with our customers' best interest in mind, and using data to inform and communicate your decisions. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
