Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Tysons, Virginia (Hybrid 1-2 days a week)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and use that knowledge to drive customer success.
• Lead the creation and evolution of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Delivery team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of the product.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the company, including Delivery, Customer Success, and Engineering, to ensure product success.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, prioritizing and addressing external product requirements effectively.

Who You Are:

• You bring 5+ years of software product management experience, particularly within a software product company.
• You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful products.
• You are knowledgeable in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Government Consulting firms is a plus.
• You have a strong understanding of SaaS models and how they drive product development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
