Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
Adept at negotiating internally as well as externally
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Procore and MS Project or other document management software a plus
Creating and following long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Communicating with project stakeholders, team members, and external parties.
Identifying and managing risks, issues, and changes that may affect the project scope, schedule, or quality.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, performance, and outcomes
