Who You Are:

You are an adept product leader with robust experience in the adtech and/or e-commerce sector. Your expertise lies in crafting innovative products that enhance our marketing platforms and connect shoppers with their favorite brands. With a unique capacity to integrate product management and ownership, you excel in driving the development and delivery of product features from ideation to execution. Your technical acumen enables you to provide clear, actionable user stories in JIRA, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with our engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the President of SafeOpt and the Vice President of Software Engineering to define and refine product strategies for key growth areas.
• Develop, execute, and maintain a product roadmap, incorporating product owner responsibilities such as backlog management and prioritization in JIRA.
• Engage in business model innovation, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
• Liaise regularly with leadership, ensuring alignment and obtaining buy-in on product priorities and progress.
• Utilize advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills to evaluate in-market product performance and drive enhancements.
• Draft detailed technical specifications and user stories for all product features, ensuring clear guidance for engineering and design teams.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for each product, using data to drive decision-making and report on success.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to proactively adjust product strategy.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Sales and Client Success teams to assimilate feedback and refine product offerings.
• Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to a range of stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience in product management and product ownership within the adtech and/or ecommerce industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful software products, preferably with experience in email marketing tools.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies; Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with executive leadership.
• Proven analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of making quick, data-driven decisions in dynamic environments.
• A passion for creating outstanding products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
