Product Manager - TrovaTrip

We’re a travel tech company that is navigating hypergrowth, and we’re looking for an expert in user-centered product thinking to help us turn our happy customers into — well, even more happy customers.

Position: 

Our Product team is looking for a creative, customer-first Product Manager to help guide our platform strategy and growth as we scale. We've got big ambitions about our growth and we are hoping to find someone that has a vision for how they engage with users to understand the opportunity space and then execute on those learnings in the solution space.

As a Product Manager at TrovaTrip, you will be responsible for the success of a segment of our marketplace - alongside engineering and design partners, you'll lead your pod towards making a real impact on our users and business. You'll work closely with a group of specialized stakeholders to discover, ideate and craft solutions that help us achieve growth with a focus on user-driven decision-making. We'd love to talk with you if you've got experience working in marketplaces or ecommerce and maybe you've spent some time in a user-facing research capacity as well! You are opinionated, driven, collaborative and responsive - you embrace ambiguity, prefer to move quickly and excel when solving big problems.

We're excited about you because you have some of the following:

• Have 3+ years of shipping consumer facing software as a Product Manager (or similar, let's talk skills, not titles!)
• Have built some general technical acumen around web applications.
• Ask what problem are we trying to solve and mean it
• Have an eye for design strategy and user-centered experience theory
• Are able to leverage data to identify trends and connect them to business initiatives
• Are as excited about talking to Users as you are writing product requirements
• Can create a shared perspective out of 10 individual ones
• Have experience with marketplace solutions and technologies
• Have worked with a research team or run user interview programs
