Product Manager – Marketing/Communications
Plano, TX – hybrid onsite

- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Must bring a strong knowledge of contact center concepts and workflow
- Possess industry experience in contact centers
- An MBA and/or a degree in Computer Science (or the equivalent), or professional work experience as a software engineer is a huge plus
- Must be a strong leader who can prioritize and understands how to drive focus and excellence
- Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
Day to Day
- Support Cloud-based contact center experience delivering engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences
- Leading Voice product pod(s) responsible for the core business including voice product setup & configuration, automation, and analytics & optimization.
- You will own products and features end-to-end that impact millions of customers.
- Will work directly with developers and customers to solve challenging problems using the latest technologies (Java, Node JS, Python, Lambdas).
- Will make data-driven decisions and prioritize how and when to build features
