About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bridging business strategy, operations, and technology. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge technology products that drive our business objectives forward. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our Finance, Compliance, and Health Plan Product Offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop potential products through research and strategy development.
Lead product development initiatives, including compliance, finance, and operational improvements.
Define and communicate key product and financial performance indicators to track business results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement product enhancements.
Create and maintain the yearly product roadmap in alignment with executive leadership.
Serve as the visionary leader, ensuring alignment between product strategy and operational execution.
Work closely with operational and technology teams to achieve product objectives.
Coordinate with other stakeholders to align product and platform architectures.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in technical product management, with leadership experience preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment, with a focus on finance and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate data insights into actionable product features.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 90,000.00 Per Year
