About the Job
- Supports the overall relationship, profitability and business development of an assigned group and supports implementation of specific strategies to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Administers tactical programs of the assigned product line and assists in the development of overall plans and programs.
- Supports ongoing business activities with assigned customers at both engineering and manufacturing levels.
- Leads communication efforts between company and customer in order to build/maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Participates and provides input for cost/schedule change decisions resulting from specification changes and/or cost variance.
- Forecast budget spend the a 30-45 day asset turn.
- Track budgets and report variances to colleagues and leadership.
- Contribute to the adoption of a digital culture by embracing and applying digital capabilities and Agile methodology.
- As process improvements and optimizations occur, help prepare and deliver targeted training, for internal IT teams and customers .
- Leads a customer focused team to develop and implement process improvements to newly sourced configuration center for Client.
- Responsible for overseeing daily config center operations along with forecasting asset turns only monthly cadence, drive process optimization/flow, quality control, build schedules, and ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Forecast and budget management.
- Organizing daily activities.
- Collaboration with product teams and edge teams for changes, updated, and process flow (approvals, coordination of delivery dates, etc.).
- Process optimization and new process flow.
Requirements
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Drive day to day operations with focus on qualify and process improvements.
- Running and driving the change management.
- Communication skills.
- Asset inventory process management
- Education: BA.
- 3-5 years of experience.
