Product Strategy Development: Create and execute global market and product strategies, synthesizing customer needs into product concepts and roadmaps.
Lifecycle Management: Own tactical aspects of product lifecycle management, including performance analysis, pricing policies, and product evolution.
Product Roadmap: Maintain a clear roadmap outlining product vision, key features, and timelines, supporting it with business cases and KPI monitoring.
Cross-Functional Projects: Drive pre- and post-launch New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.
Training and Expertise: Develop and lead product training for Sales and sites, serving as the subject matter expert for existing and new product offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management in the Life Sciences industry.
Strong technical background in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or Cell and Gene Therapy.
Proven success in delivering innovative, client-centric products/services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
