As a Senior Product Manager- Vice President within the Wealth Management Chief Data Office, you'll collaborate with Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Technology teams. You'll lead data strategy initiatives, prioritize tasks, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery to achieve business benefits. You'll manage the product backlog, write user stories, specify acceptance criteria, and track progress, focusing on delivering value to clients. Additionally, you'll oversee processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data-related risks, including data protection, retention, storage, use, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Define product vision and roadmap, aligning with stakeholder priorities.
+ Monitor objectives and outcomes for data products.
+ Build relationships with data consumers and stakeholders to understand goals and challenges.
+ Lead end-to-end project delivery and data analysis to enhance strategy, efficiency, and governance.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in Party and Account data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
+ Implement reusable data capabilities and solutions across the firm.
+ Conduct data analysis, create data flows, and provide data sourcing and mapping.
+ Develop consistent data definitions and standardization.
+ Oversee data models adhering to standards and conventions.
+ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, addressing compliance issues.
+ Support the transformation to an Agile-driven, product-based model.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 15+ years in data development, program management, and analysis with multinational banks or consulting firms.
+ Experience in technology deployments and process changes across regions (e.g., Asia Pacific, Europe).
+ Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) development methodology.
+ Expertise in process/data flows and business requirement documentation. Strong background in data management and data quality frameworks.
+ Excellent leadership and influence skills across business and technology functions.
+ Analytical skills to understand complex business processes and define solutions.
+ Experience with Client and Account data. Ability to thrive in uncertain environments while driving initiatives.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio), and analytical tools like Alteryx.
+ Strong data analytics background with end-to-end product development capability.
+ Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring presentations for senior management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in Wealth Management data.
+ Data modeling experience and background.
