Product Manager Intern - Wavelynx

Wavelynx Technologies is a leading company in the access control industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our team. As a Product Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our group product manager and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of product management within our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is an onsite internship at our headquarters in Broomfield, CO. Please note that while we are open to out of state candidates we are unable to provide relocation assistance and will be prioritizing in state candidates. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the group product manager in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Support the product development process by gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, and assisting in prioritizing features.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product initiatives forward.

• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

• Help monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to derive insights that inform product decisions and optimizations.

• Provide general administrative support to the product management team, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing documents.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with project management tools is a plus (but not required)
