How will you make an impact?
TSS is seeking an experienced Lab Equipment Services leader to join our product management team. Lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair services are critical in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industries and are foundational to TSS’ explosive growth strategy.
As Product Manager you will lead our strategy for Lab Equipment Services, setting vision, defining services roadmap, and leading commercialization activities to achieve revenue & margin targets.

What will you do?
The product manager will act as mini ‘GM’ and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services to drive services growth and profitability for the business.Inbound Responsibilities:
- Monitor voice-of-customer and voice-of-market
- Manage portfolio positioning & structure
- Manage pricing & monetization strategy
- Identify new services opportunities
- Assess competitive offerings
- Define & implement go-to-market initiatives
- Own/Participate in the development of sales collateral
- Ensure channel readiness
- Provide content for the TSS FoC website and SEO strategy & execution
- Drive thought leadership & demand generation programs

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- 5+ years marketing experience (Services Marketing desired)
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance for laboratory equipment
- Experience in the life science, diagnostics, and/or analytical chemistry markets
- Track record of proven results in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
